Skypoint® Planetariums is the digital planetarium division of Skypoint® Srl, an Italian company specialized in distribution, sale and installation of astronomical instruments and planetariums.
Skypoint® Srl started its business in 1999 and was founded by the actual chairman Mrs. Marzia Muradore and by Mr. Marco Cosmacini, current CEO of the company. In 2000 Skypoint® started the commercialization of astronomical instruments with several important brands acquired as distribution since now.
The Skypoint® website - www.skypoint.it - is the most seen in Italy, with regard to astronomical products shop, and the most technologically advanced with also an online real time technical support with customers.
Currently Skypoint® Srl is the most known, powerful and big society in Italy and one of the most important in Europe in astronomy field.
In planetarium field Skypoint® Srl became the most important and experienced society for fish-eye digital planetariums in Europe, thanks to several installations of many digital planetariums and thanks to the premium brands exclusively represented in Europe.
In 2007 Skypoint® Srl opened its digital planetarium division with a different idea in mind: have a new approach to the market offering a wide range of products for all needs, from small educational planetariums for schools to large professional installations. Skypoint Planetariums has become one of the most important and experienced society for digital planetariums in Europe, thanks to the number of installations and our experience with some very well-known brands. Customers have clearly appreciated this approach. We have provided several planetariums across all of Europe, Mediterranean Africa and Russia.

Since 2014 Skypoint® Srl is the european representatative of Evans&Sutherland Planetarium. This brands actually represent the state-of-the-art in planetarium and digital planetarium technology, thanks to his Digistar software.
